Strict Leather Red and Black Locking Collar

This leather locking collar would compliment your other bondage items well. The collar is made of red garment leather with black outlined stitching. The black band is made of high quality black leather material. The collar fits around the neck using a belt buckle style closure, but you can also use a padlock to keep the collar very secure around your partner's neck. It has three individual D-rings for attachments to leashes and other gear. The collar can fit necks between 14" to 20.5" and is 2" wide.
